Like most people, I hate going to the dentist. I have anxiety issues and am prone to panic attacks and sitting in that chair is never helpful. Dr. Paula was very patient. She kept me informed each step of the way and worked quickly and efficiently while still being very thorough and identifying any new issues that had to be addressed. She uses a new method of freezing an individual tooth at a time - without the use of needles! I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

She immediately diagnosed my severe toothache as something that needed extra care right away, and she was able to find one of a handful of root canal experts who was able to see me on short notice. During the past year, I have found Paula to engage in honest, upfront conversation about my choices of treatment and their respective costs. This is extremely important for me, as I have limited funds. I wanted to know the difference between required and optional treatment. Paula never tried to sell me something, unnecessary. Paula has a very pleasing "bedside manner" and a gentle touch, I would highly recommend her services.

Upon arriving at Delta Dental I was welcomed by smiles and friendly staff. My name was taken and immediately I was offered a hot or cold drink as I waited filling out my new patient form.
